can i grow tomatos from the seed of the tomatos i grew this year, if so how?.

I do this. Leave one to go over-ripe & soft then wash away the flesh through a sieve. Leave the seeds to dry and store in a cool dry place till sowing time next year. Note that the variety will not necessarily be the same as this year due to cross pollination.
