Teaching a learner
2 Answers
My son has been learning with an instructor for over a year now. We have just included him on our car insurance so that he can progress faster. I can't find anything that says just how much I am responsible for (as a full icense holder) when he is driving. Obviously I remain sober, but should I also be in the front passenger seat - I always am, but am curious as to the law or any other rules that might be applicable.

You are responsible whilst instructing, you must act as though you are driving, ie. not under the influence etc, there is a case where an instructor was fined and got points for using his mobile when with a learner.
