I understand most TV adverts but what is the point of this advert where the family changes the wheels while Dad pays for the fuel? Help please

It's telling you that your life is over and you've resigned yourself to ugly cumbersome vehicles because your manly bits have been over productive. In all honesty I think it is drawing a comparison with the hidden talents of his family with the 'hidden talents' of the car. A tenuous and trite link though if you ask me,
