Dropping a few lbs ASAP...
5 Answers
What's the best way to lose some weight in the next week and a half? I'm not exactly overweight and normally have a pretty healthy diet, but I've put on a few lbs and a dress I'm supposed to be wearing to a formal event is a little too tight! Don't mind if it's a weird fad-type diet as it's only a few days and I don't care if I put it back on afterwards, as long I can breathe in my dress on the day!
Thanks
P.S. I can't really do Atkins as I don't eat meat.

HI. The best way I have found is to cut down on the carbs and those that you do have, have before 12 noon. Also, for me personally, I can't eat bread without putting weight on. I know people say it is what you put on the bread but, for me, eating half a slice will almost certainly put half to one pounds on me! So, I don't eat bread and that means I don't eat cheese either,...

I highly recommend Rosemary Conley's Gi Hip and Thigh Diet book which is 6.99
There is a 14 day fat attack diet that is brill
I lost 9lb on it last week and it's all healthy low fat food with a bit of exercise everyday
It's tough at first but easy to adjust to once you get into it and see results almost after the first day
I am on day 9 and have so much more energy too
Good luck xx

I always have a made up sugar free jelly in the fridge so that if I am hungry I can snack on that, even eat a whole jelly, and there are very little calories in it. Eating a whole jelly is quite satisfying!! Good luck.
Maybe cut out one of your meals? For work reasons I never got time for lunch and only ate a banana each day and lost 4lbs one week two weeks ago. It might not always work but it worked for me and I wasn't trying to loose weight.
Cut down on salty foods because that is meant to hold water. And most obvious cut out snacks i.e chocolate, biscuits and crisps.

Body wraps help u lose water, in turn slimming u down more during your diet, also try taking the water aid tablets such as aqua ban, which helps remove unwanted water retention and associated weight gain, in the beggining of all diets its not fat u are losing its all the extra water n fluids clogged up, which is why after having a wrap/ massage ect u slim down a few inches right away, Skip the salt and restrict sodium which will reduce bloating for a flatter tummy, And pay attention to less-obvious sources of sodium, including condiments, such as soy sauce, and processed and prepared foods, and canned vegetables, soups and deli meats.
Try smaller meals. Nibble on five or six small meals, instead of three big ones. Just make sure these smaller meals include plenty of fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
