What's your idea of escapism, I enjoy free
quiet time {with a glass of wine or two} to
catch up with all the recorded programmes
which only I enjoy!!

Hi all, take my fishing rod, couple of bottles of stella, cheese and pickle sarnies and down to the river to catch a couple of trout, heaven.

Reading in bed when the world outside is quiet, 3am, 4am.

It is the only time and place to retreat from noise.

Take this precious time with a good book, my current one is "Between Silk and Cyanide" by Leon Marks.

It is a book so well written that you have to pause and re-reread every paragraph to get the most out of it.
