Roof Problems

We are having problems with our roof our house is only four years old but is on a homeshare buy scheme. Is it up to the builders who built the house to sort it out or the local housing association. It is covered under the nsbc we cant afford to get it fixed ourselves. Does anyone have any ideas.

I live in a shared ownership house, and have the same problem. you are responsable for any repairs, even though the associations are your landlords.

this I find unfair. even though you pay building ins to them, they will only payout if it is a accident.
