Can anyone please direct me to a site that has a comprehensive list of providers? Iv'e been googling all around but to no avail.

Thinking of buying to let right now..?

Take some sound advice, do not look to buy property as an investment for at least the next 12-18 months - it will be a bit of a value rollercoaster.

Everybody I know (and we all work in property and finance) have sold our investment properties slowly over the last 16 months as we see what is coming - its not good!
