In answer to your Q, Abdul... yes, I do think cacti can look good in a modern d�cor, so long as the individual concerned is really healthy looking, with appropriately nasty spiky bits ! Of course a shiny happy friendly crassula (jade plant or money tree) in an immaculate white pot can look quite striking too.
