How to Connect My New Lathe

I want to connect my new Colchester Bantam Lathe. I have an isolator box which is fed by a 3ph transformer. From the transformer a soft 3 core cable goes into the isolator/switch box which has the 3 fuse stations/connectors. From the switch I already power a small 3 ph chop saw which works well. I now want to take a spur to the lathe using a 4 core armoured cable with glands. What is confusing me is that within the isolator box there is a ceramic connector block which accepts the blue wire from the transformer.
I have drawn a schematic but don't seem to be able to upload it on this site.
Can anyone help me please?

don't know if this will help as I don't quite understand the problem, but some times the wiring is three phase and earth, and sometimes three phase and neutral, which is blue or black in a normal single phase supply,but the old colour code for three phase was red,yellow blue.
three phase does not need a neutral to work, as the phases interact with each other to push the motor.
but you must earth the new machine, which you will probably do with the armouring.so the blue wire in the ceramic connector MAY be for a neutral
I don't understand why the connector with the blue in is causing a problem, just connect the three phase lines in the correct order to the isolator. if it is the colours that are causing a problem in the new cable, check the new colour coding that we have had to adopt.
if your new machine runs backwards, reverse any two wires that are next to each other on the new feed.

I'm a sparky and I suggest you get a qualified bloke in as an isolator only is supposed to power only one item of 3 phase equipment and not two.

You will also have to look at the total load of the Lathe and make sure that the transformer can take the load....
