Nothing will help that apart from food hun, and u are probably vitamin deficient which is where the gaunt (and probably pale) look comes from, including the fact that you are thin. When i was very skinny i was advised by my doc to drink a pint of milk every day-although i drunk more like a glass or two.
You must eat properly-a good wholesome breakfast buttered wholemeal toast with a topping, ie cheese, honey, low fat, spread( followed by either a bowl of scots oats porridge made with whole milk, or a boiled egg, or cereal with whole milk) make sure you are getting some whole milk or if u cant stand it try a pot of yoghurt or some other dairy as it helps to fill you out. Drink a separate glass of milk every day (whole-try gold top or normal whole milk).
Make sure you take a multivitamin or a good b complex vitamin supplement , vit E, calcuim, vit D,and vit C. Boots A-Z multivitamin and mineral is very good. Do not take another supplement containing vit A if ure gonna take this.
Also try Nestle Build up drink-you can buy it in superdrugs or boots and it costs about 2.50, u add milk to it and it turns into a nice milkshake which is low in fat but helps you build up slowly and contains lots of necessary vits.
