my new 206 central looking

well it's not new but it is to me lol
my 206 is v reg 1999 the central looking wont lock and the lights don't work when i press the button on the key why ????? is this
it goes down but then pops back up not locking the doors or the boot why is this ??? please can some one answer my Question
p.s iv got new batterys in the key

The locking "bouncing" usually means the car does not think one of the openings is shut correctly.
