Anyone ever played full price at DFS?

yeah when it first opened....I didn't like the setter I got either, it wasn't very good quality....ended up having loads of problems with them!

The high price of all the TV advertising they do must
be added on to the cost of the furniture they sell.

All of these furniture places always appear to be having sales. Personally I think they tell the consumer that it's a sale but it never is - they just mark the furniture up and then sell it for a more reasonable price - the 'sale' price! Cynical - moi?!

i received a �250 voucher towards it last week!! i never used it though... i wasnt sure if i could use it towards the half price sales. else i would b paying only �50 for a sette ?!

Makes me laugh how the sale ends at 5pm EVERY sunday - so does it start again every Monday?

Its all con really. They only need to have had an item on sale at full price SOMEWHERE in the UK for (if I remember correctly) 6 weeks and they can knock down the price in each store. So there's a store somewhere with a lot of overpriced crap!

Hi Angel, I've never bought anything from DFS, but.....

After watching their current silly advert, where they're sawing sofas in half to one of my favourite songs 'Oh, My Beloved Father' by Puccini - I wouldn't buy anything from them in principle!

It's a bit like Edith Piaf's 'No Regrets' being played in the SpecSaver ads - grrrr!
