transferring home deed

my parents reside in phila pa and are up in age. They want to leave their home to me and I would like to know what is the process for drawing up paperwork for this. can it be done without legal help or do you suggest otherwise?

Sorry voula but this is a UK based website (hence the .co.uk bit) and though there are one or two Americans who do come on here they may not know the answer to your question. I suggest that you try and find some advice in the US. In the UK we have the Citizens Advice Bureau, if there is something similar in the US I suggest you contact them.
