Our local Tesco has just started selling Krispy Kreme donuts. Can anyone tell me- are they seriously good enough to cost 1.35 each?!!!

They're worth treating yourself to now and then (go for the Devil's Foodcake .... mmmmm), but personally if I want a doughnut I just love plain sugared ring or jam doughnuts where you get 5 for 80p or whatever it is. KK are worth trying, but I don't really see the fuss compared to normal doughnuts.
Oh, and the custard filled chocolate covered ones are good too :-)

While I was working on reception at my local council, our Tesco started to sell these donuts.
Someone from Krispy Kreme approached me at the desk and asked if we would like some free samples and I said bring them in and I'll distribute them around.
He came back with 300.
