Snagglepuss is an easy-going lion, forever on the run from big game hunters like Major Minor. Daws Butler created the voice for the feline, who made famous such catch-phrases as "Heavens to Murgatroyd!" and "Exit stage left." Snagglepuss premiered in January 1961 as part of The Yogi Bear Show. 32 episodes of the Hanna-Barbera show were produced. Kellogg's sponsored the syndicated series, which also included cartoons starring Yakky Doodle.'
