Read receipts and delivery acknowledgements
Do any of the web based emails offer a read receipt or delivery acknowledgement facility? I have Yahoo (free), considering changing to Yahoo Plus (pay) but these options aren't available.
I've discovered over the last ten days that about half the emails I've sent haven't gone through to the recipients but they haven't bounced back to me either. This is unusual and worrying - I live in Spain, my family is in England and email is important to us! Some emails sent to friends here in Spain haven't arrived either.
I can't get Yahoo to work in Outlook or OE so if any of the other webmails offer these options I'd like to know about them with a view to changing.
Thanks for any help you can give.

After I started using gmail I saw an ad (on gmail) for something called 'Read and Notify', a tracking facility. Didn't know anything like that existed. Has anyone any experience of these bits of software?
