Saw him live a few years ago at hyde park when he supported the chilli peppers boy the energy he had on stage for a 70 somethine year old I think he was 72 at the time but cant be sure.

I have never realy been that much of a fan of his but to see him perform live on stage is something else and we were right up the front in the gold circle.

Nothing to say, but glad you finally got an answer!!! I hate seeing threads go empty for so long...:O) I'd have replied, but I don't have any 70's knowledge.
