Has anyone ever managed to sell a time share week and have actually received the money?. Asked because I , have a week to sell and would like a little from this Not expecting to make mega bucks ,

Yes, it is possible. But very little money is changing hands.
There is a excess of supply over demand. At some resorts folks are begging to give their timeshare back just to avoid the liability for the maintenance payment.
Under no circumstances pay anybody any money upfront to help sell your timeshare. You will never see the money again and it won't help sell the timeshare.
