i experience pain when i pee, usually when my urine is yellow, and usually doesn't hurt when i drink a lot of water and my urine becomes clear. i've never had any sexual contact, and i've recently had a blood test and urine test where i had no problem... and by the way, i don't have a urgent feel to go to the bathroom. nor do i hold in my pee. i just go to the bathroom couple times a day like a normal person.....so i blame it on my yellow urine, but does anyone know?? thanks.

keisuke - at a guess, I'd say you're not drinking enuogh water. that's usually what yellow urine means, 2 litres a day is usually recommended

Yeah sounds like it to me, I kept getting the same thing but it wasn't an infection, i went to see a specialist and he said it could be that i have a sensitive bladder. If you don't drink a lot of water your urine is too concentrated but if you drink lots it keeps it diluted - my bladder doesn't like strong (or concentrated) urine so i drink 2 litres a day to keep it nice and diluted. Plus it gives you nice clear skin!

yeh, well the doctor told me it might be because of the caffine because i drink so much coffee... but since i need coffee and i can't think of anything that can replace such a valuable beverage, i'll just have to drink alot of water... by the way, i've heard that some daily groin stretching can work your bladder or something like that...what do you people think??
