She only has 4 more weeks to go and is then considered full term so the only thing the baby is really probably doing now is filling out whilst the lungs finish maturing.
Try not to let it worry you and if you or your daughter have any questions or concerns, such as the chances of having a premature baby or what they plan to do, dont hesitate to call the hospital or her midwife.

Have they said that she 'can't' see the midwife anymore? That doesn't seem right as the midwifes need to be involved too, even if she will need intervention!
I am under a consultant, but the midwifes still do their checks. i'm sure you can speak to them, what would happen in the middle of the night if she needed to be seen i.e. waters break or contractions? Midwife is who would come out surely?

andrea I think she means she doesnt need to go to her normal midwife appointments as they will check everything over instead when she has her hospital appointments. The midwives there will see her.
gina, even though she has to go up to the hospital to be monitored, theyre not keeping her in which is a good sign.
