Agnus Castus is a hormone precusor. It re-establishes the normal balance of estogen and progesterone during the menstrual cycle. It should be taken all month, not just around the time of the menstruation. It often helps PMT within the 2-3 cycle.

If you look at their labels you can tell its cheap stuff they use and thats why their products are cheap and usually 2 for one.
Pycnogenol soothes menstrual pain. It has just gained a US patent for the reduction and discomfort associated during your menstrual cycle.
One of my favourites. Drink red wine it soothes PMS cramps and slows down uterine contractions.
Another good drink is called Yarrow tea. It helps to relieve muscle cramps instantly.
