is it in my friends, ex wifes rights to know were he is living,as long as he visits his children on a regular basis,and his children can contact him.

I'm not a solicitor but I used to work with an organisation involved with the Family Courts.
She has NO legal right to demand to know where her ex is living.
However, if she is the primary carer of the kids and they were to visit him at his home, she would have every right to feel unhappy about not knowing where her kids were being taken.

hi yes he understands that,as any parent would feel like that,not knowing if there kids were going into a safe environment,i would me self.
