email blockage

An email or emails are blocking my incoming emails. Google advises going onto web interface and click "get messages". I don't know how or where to access the web interface and could do with some help. Thank you.

an email cannot "block" emails, probably something wrong with your settings. To check on the web - whoever your email account is with - go to their pageand enter your log in details.
