Was it called Liquid TV?

In the 80's BBC2 showed a series which was made up of short cartoons one of which was AEON FLUX, i'm assuming it was all based around MTV but can't remember what it was called. I think it was liquid tv as the opening sequence involved a tv and water. Please help.
