You know - I don't know what it is but I've been feeling really off/foul today. I feel as though I'm depressed/stressed but I'm not!? Not making much sense am I - and that's exactly how I feel.
Been diagnosed with underactive thyroid, got more pills to take! on top of the rest!
Father in law had cataract done last weekend & he's fine.
I've just read a few postings on here that have lifted my mood a little.
Just thought I'd get it off my chest - thanks for reading/putting up with me!
Have a good weekend people

Hi JD, I was diagnosed with an underactive thyrood in the early 1990s, I had no idea why i was so down and lethargic and ached all over, after 6 months on the thyroxin i was buzzing again, it is a strange thing, it affects so much, but there is no worry once you get established on the tablets, but if you are inconsistant taking them, it will tell, in weight gain, mood swings, emotional outbursts, food fads, food allergies, shopping sprees, random arguments, did i mention chocolate binges and random mood swings? well did I? answer me for fruck sake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you so much for replying - even though none of you had to! I do feel better today.
That's one thing I've found on Answerbank - people that care (not that my life's empty - far from it!)
I went out in the end (had to get away) for about 20 mins and played with a black labrador that lives accross the street, she helped a little.
BOO - I think you've sussed it! - It was probably withdrawel symptoms from not having enough! Still waiting for you guys to come for some Lemon chiffon pie!
Thanks again all you wonderful people - thanks for the hug bensmum.
I had a piece of music going through my head last night in bed. I finally realised what is was - remember Tony Hart and his art gallery? (giving my age away!) well it was the music played during the art gallery. I downloaded it (music from the Deer Hunter film by Stanley Myers. OMG it was so calming - recommended to anyone who needs soothing music by guitar.
Love you all, lots of hugs and kisses <group hug>
