My dog likes to chew metal, especially the bracelet of my watch, but only if I am wearing it.

Any ideas as to why she does this?

I don't know the reason but look forward to finding out.  One of my dog loves to lick the metal ID tag on the other dogs collar.  Perhaps it's something they lack in their diet?
Perhaps she's trying to tell you 'It's time for lunch'.
Hi FP - fancy posting at the same time! Hope you are well. Whoops, AB Ed may delete that bit if idle chat!

it may sound strange, but some dogs show signs of obsessive compulsive disorder. Or maybe it could be that you are encouraging her (not intentionally, but maybe by laughing or making a fuss???? They tend to see this as a "good girl" praise)..

Try to chastise her  when she does it - but be consistent, when she is good, give her lots of praise and maybe a reward.

Best of Luck!

maybe it's a watchdog
You have the same sense of humour as me Gee Bee! That's why I thought it might be because 'it's time for lunch'. Sorry that doesn't help mattie!
