I Think I've Found P Ps True...

I suffer from frequent nightmares, some quite horrific. I have tried many methods of curbing them.
When discussing nightmares with a friends sister, she advised that I may have a bad presence around me and that spiritual cleansing could help rid me of nightmares and even bad luck and negativity.
I wondered if anyone knows much about this.
(Although I welcome all advise, I don't need anyone to tell me not to eat cheese etc before bed)

A friend of mine suggested the cause might be the bad feng shui in the room, i laughed it off at first but then thought it wouldn'd do any harm to get a book from the library and take a look. So i moved the positioning of my bed, desk, wadrobe (with help) and strangely things do seem to be improving a little. Try giving it a go.
And besides it's better to do this before you start messing around with your spiritual energy 'cuz you nerver know what that may lead to.
I have dreams like this when I'm stressed, depressed or worrying about things in general. Personally, I would never put it down to a 'bad presence' or needing 'spiritual cleansing' I think that's poppycock. Maybe going for a short (safe) walk & a nice mug of Horlicks before you settle down for the night may help. Sweet dreams.
