Has anyone tried it? Not sure if the spelling is right..my mate says they are great but are they a placebo? I thought it was a drink but i noticed today they are tablets..plink plink fizz type of thing .. bit pricey too �3.74!!

You dissolve them in water to make an orangey fizzyish drink. A friend of mines thinks they're good but made no difference to me at all!

When I am feeling run down or there is a lot of colds going round I take the tablet form and I never get anything!! I swear by them!! The only problem is they turn your pee bright yellow!!!!

Sainsburys/Tesco do their own version of Berocca which is just as good as the branded one.

Another good thing for when you are a bit run down is Bee Propolis - it has natural antibiotic properties. You can find it in most health food stores.
