Does anyone know whether this song has been covered by someone other than the group Extreme?

My brother swears he'd heard it before it was on X Factor on Saturday but said he's never heard of Extreme

It was on a Westlife CD as well but was never released

it was extreme before everyone else.

Extreme wrote it and are the only people to have a UK hit with it.  Unfortunately Westlife have covered it, but they never released it as a single.  They have a nice line in dodgy covers.
