how do i act rich

i have got a meeting coming up soon with very distinguished english people. now how do i act and dress and talk as if i were to be a little higher than them without going over the top. how do i act and look rich, what characteristics do i need to have, and by rich i mean wealthy

If you act it up, many people will see the obviousness of it and begin to doubt your integrity.
If it is a business meeting, rather than trying to �act� posh or wealthy, just concentrate on looking the part. A smart business suit will do � cheap ones look cheap � a good suit, a crisp shirt and an understated classic tie with a proper Windsor knot (or a Shelby knot depending on the ties fabric, not a footballers one) will make you feel empowered and confident in that environment and that will show through.
If you can mind your p�s (pleases) and q�s (thankyous), and guffaw in the right places, and mention some article or other in the Times or DT with some decorum, then your natural talent should shine through, regardless of wealth and riches.

I agree with Octy, look subtle, don't tell them your life history as soon as you meet them, this shows a lack of breeding, really posh folk assume people know who they are!!

i know many wealthy people through my business, i have friends who drive Mercedes, Aston's, jags and so forth but the richest bloke i know is a four times millionaire (self made) and wears a pair of jeans, pullover and drives a 10yr old hilux?............ ok he lives of a 40 acre farm.

The richest bloke I know - a multi-billionaire who you would have heard of - is as common as muck and swears like a trooper. As Dot says, he has connections, vast amounts of cash, and this is why he can have celebrity friends and influence influential and important people.
