Hello! does anyone any good calming techniques or preferably a book about calming techniques to help out in everyday sitautions so people dont get stressed so and stay calm.

Close your eyes, breathe in deeply through you nose and out from your mouth, repeat.
murphytherot, I agree with mattie. Deep, slow breathing always works to keep me calm. And it's free! Visualise somewhere you feel calm while you are doing it, and imagine you are there, if that works for you.
