I agree with everyone here Josie. If you need to lose just a few pounds, then cut down on what you eat, and don't have anything too sugary or fatty. That, and a bit more exercise, should get rid of any excess poundage. if you want to lose more than that, it might be best to visit your doctor/nurse, for a proper diet sheet, and take things slowly. One to two lbs a week is fine - if seemingly slow - but any more than that on a regular basis, and you'll look and feel ill, and then put the weight straight back on again when you resume your old eating habits.
