fixing curtain rails
Good morning
I want to fit a new curtain rail but the wall above the window is full of holes except where the lintel is position.
Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix a new curtain rail.
Thanks
Bee

Or if it is a metal lintel drill a 3mm hole and use a self tapping screw. I have done this hundreds of times as a fitter for Hillary blinds. The modern hardened wood chipboard screws also work into the metal lintel.
