It usually comes with the Microsoft Office Suite.

If you dont have the PowerPoint programme you can download PowerPoint 'Viewer' which will let you see the attachments

its a windows microsoft programme, it comes with most basic microsft office applications or you can purchase it online

rudiman You can CREATE as well as read PowerPoint presentations with a FREE program called OpenOffice.org
