Max, i agree with that tooo!! Rugby men r quite yum !! i met some nice Welsh rugby men when i was out in Liverpool with my mate, ive never been sooo close to soo many yummy muscular men at anyone time, great dancers to they were ;) xxxxxxxx

Thanks for asking China, I feel a bit stupid now...It turned out to be an "investigation" meeting, not a disciplinary as such. It lasted a whole 9 minutes, and was pretty laid back. I may have hinted at the fact I hate my job though...lol
they said they'll get back to me about the next step.

No, I went alone. It's true about the let down though, I think I had psyched myself up for the worst, and well....more waiting now!

The waiting is the bit that truly gets to you. I really must emphasize the importance of taking someone in with you Max even if you're not fighting it as I did. It makes the world of difference and it is useful to have another perspective in there. I didn't want to at first at all but I'm so glad I did, they hardly said anything but when faced with my manager, the HR Advisor, the HR deputy director and the chair of the meeting it really was less daunting having someone else with me. Hang in there.

Thanks hun. I think I'm really not that bothered anymore actually. I was really good at that job, I just didn't care about it. I'm not easily impressed either, so the Prime Minister could be there and I wouldn't give a damm. It's not like I really want to keep it. Also, I'm in one of those "let it happen if it must" moods. We'll see. I think I'll just wait and not worry about it!
