I've never tried that champagne IaP - and yes, the bottle's lovely, but it doesn't always come in such a decorated container does it? Is that the dearer version?

Well...are you going to pour us some then.....I am parched,all this running back and forth between here and the bar.

Soz - it was just that i've seen it selling for less than �36 - not that it matters, because like all good wines, etc., a drink's only as good as it tastes. A couple of year's back, i think a bottle of Tesco's red wine beat all rivals, yet it was less than a fiver, which gave the "experts" a surprise!
My fave's Krug, because it's mellow - and the more you buy, obviously the cheaper it works out, per bottle.
And - seriously...I've never tried beer, or loads of drinks that people on here mention. Is that sad??!!!

It's no great loss IaP - at least you have humour and personality without needing the drink to do it for you. Many can't function without it, which's not good really.
