I know that everyone gave fantastic on my last question (http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Question548889. html)
But I could really use your brains again right now.
I had Thursday and Friday off work because whenever I got near the car I had a panic attack and cried my eyes out.
Since last night I've been having more panic attacks and been unable to sleep because of the fact I have about 22 hours until I have to go back in.
And I don't think I can cope anymore. I'm so terrified. And I don't know how to resolve it.
I was given useful ideas of how to control my anxiety in september, and they usually work, but they seem to be failing me on this one.
Help!

Hiya maybe Yoga will help as i hear it is great for all types of stress related problems and many other problems to do with the body,here are a few yoga vid demo's but i suggest finding somewhere local that have proper yoga classes and giving them a go good luck hun x http://www.5min.com/Tag/yoga
Tai Chi is supposed to help too. You can maybe find a class near you. Have you been to the docs about this? (I'm sorry, haven't seen your last question) A lot of them now offer alternative therapies if you don't want conventional medicine? Good luck love x
