Bass amps and microphone/guitar

My acoustic guitar has an external pickup, can i amplify it and a microphone through a bass amp?

Assuming the amp has the inputs, yes.

However...

Many amps have two different inputs; a high gain and a low gain, but they are controlled by the same controls. A high gain will probably slightly distort the signal and putting two items through at the same time without any way of controlling the relative volumes to balance them - such as a mixer.

Bass amps are designed - not surprisingly - to cope with the low end of the frequency spectrum; vocals and acoustic guitars typically occupy mid and high frequency spectrums, and your mp is not going to show them off to the best of their ability. To get the best sound possible, roll back on bass and boost the mid frequencies.
