Does she have a bank account, credit cards, loans, insurance - anything in her own name?

I really can't see it being a problem. Talk to your bank and see what they say.

Hi,yes she has all of these but are in her mothers address but her mother took her off the role at her house. So i dont think she is down as living anywhere! I should have told them and had her put on at my address.Should things still be ok?
The biggest risk to a lender is if they can't trace someone on electoral role. Being cynical people, they will presume that she has been living somewhere else and running up loads of arrears and county court judgements.

The biggest reason for being turned down for credit in general (especially credit cards and loans) is for not being on electoral role.

Bear in mind that the registration form comes through every year and states that it is a criminal offence not to register people, you can understand why banks will not be over happy to lend.

If you have sufficient deposit and incomes then you still will be able to get a mortgage, but you will in all likelihood be paying a slightly higher rate.
