They say the camera doesn't lie, and none of us likes looking at ourselves. My daughter had all her friends watching too! She has just come back from a tour of Austria with the Cathedral Choir. Good old BA managed to lose the one suitcase with the entire set of 16 girls choristers robes and ruffs. They did the entire tour singing in St Stephen's Cathedral, Vienna and Salzburg Cathedral plus another 6 concerts wearing school uniform instead.
The day after they returned, the case turned up in Vienna. With a bit of luck they may have them back by the start of term on the 21st!!

Oh my goodness!I understand Kate Moss was given 10,000 for her inconvience but Naomi Campbell was given handcuffs what did your daughter and fellow choristers get?Dont be embarassed just to get on University Challenge is a feat in itself! Im looking forward to it, but to be up against rocket scientists!Julie
This is a very female conversation. May I join in? I, too, remember with affection Bamber Gascoigne and like JP despite the somewhat abrupt manner. I understand that the wearing of casual clothes from the waist down is done by a number of male presenters. Can't see us girls doing it, though. Will also be watching, tomorrow, Macpark and, as someone else said, well done for being on there, whatever the outcome.
