Entering sites with passwords applied

I am able to access my internet and open up pages, but I am unable to enter any sites where I have to put in my password for example my bank, msn, facebook etc...any suggestions would be gratefully received
prev why are 0870 numbers to go, but not 0871

Try logging in as the Administrator and doing:
start --> run --> regsvr32 urlmon.dll

Your problem sounds like you cannot access sites that start with https and hopefully that should cure it.
