My cat has gone missing, is this normal?
Hello all, my cat is about 8 months old and he has been going out for a while now. On Sunday he took a funny turn and was almost growling at something outside through the window, he then started wailing, I opened the window for him to go out and he was hesitant but he went out. And to cut a long story short he hasn't been home since. I have know him be go out all night before but he is always back for his breakfast, this time he hasn't been home at all. Could the lighter nights affect him coming home, all these things keep pondering round in my head, does anyone have any suggestions on what to do-I just feel helpless!
Thanks

Only way to try and possibly combat this is to have him nuetured. Actually that would be the sensible thing to do anyway- far too many unwanted cats around without adding to it.
He'll be back soon- hungry and more than likely knackered.

Hi Lana,
Hopefully to put your mind at rest - my cat goes out and most of the time she is home at dusk.....however, approx once every 6 weeks she goes missing for 2 or 3 days - I have no idea where she goes but she always comes home.
Is he chipped, just in case he has wandered off and is found?
Hope he's home soon.
