It may come as only a small surprise then that on her daughter's birthday wishlist is a request for breast implants. The young girl is only 12. Douvall was not fazed by her daughter's quest, insisting that surgery is the modern day version of taking care of yourself. The model insists that her daughter waits until she is 16. What do you think?

What do you think about what exactly? What is your question? I think the mother is right to make her daughter wait until she is 16. My mum probably told me to wait til I was 16 for many things too, so probably a sensible response.

Personally, I think she should wait unitl she's 18..

My niece wanted a reduction at 15 but her mother told her to wait until 18 - she's 19 nwo and decided against it - she now likes them. She's glad her mother and the rest of the family told her to wait until 18.

16?! firstly, wait longer than that! ultimately its the girl's decision past the age of 18 but she's only 12 - not only is she still growing, but she'll want lots of things at the moment that'll never come to pass! you've got to ask what the purpose of getting implants is for each person and i'm struggling to see at that age what it could be.
