Has anyone tried MBT trainers? I have been thinking about buying a pair but have read some reviews that cast doubt on their effectiveness, and the quality of manufacture? Thanks.

Changing the subject slightly, MBT (Masai Barefoot Technology). On This Morning, they had a group of Masai warriors, who ran the London Marathon yesterday. It was amazing, they made their own running shoes (MBT style) out of car tyres. All but one of the Masai ran the 26 miles with ease.

We had a guy come to our office to show us the range and the special technique you need to adopt to walk in these. I am afraid it was enough to put me off buying them.
