my computer tool bar gone!!!

my tool bar on the internet has dissapeard where you type in the address and things please help how i get it back

Go to View -->Toolbars and make sure you have a tick next to Address Bar

Long time since this happened to me, but maybe you accidentally dragged it shut. move your cursor over the area - where it changes, hold it there and drag down. Try it, can't guarantee that's it, but it's worth a shot.

sorry i tried dragging it but that does not seem to work where is view on my screen i go windows vista if thats any help please help arahhhh

where it says file, edit, view, history, bookmarks, tools, help
at the very very top of the screen

You said you were just missing the address bar. Is it that you are missing the whole of the top part, "File edit view" etc?

If so, try pressing F11. It sounds like you are viewing in full screen mode.
