Are TVR's in the cabriolet version of the above good cars - ie reliable, not prone to many problems etc?

Do they have a good/bad/indifferent reputation before I go and buy one?

don't think you will really ever hear TVR and reliable used in the same sentence!!

Having said that driven one of a my mates and they are amazing things to drive, if a little scary sometimes especially i the wet
NOT A CAR FOR THE NOVICE!!!

but fantastic when you get used to it I've had a 4.0 Cerberra and a Griffin before that, probably the purest form of road legal car you could buy,I'm guessing a future classic so hold on to it and you might make profit
I live and Scotland and used to get up at 7am on a Sunday, just to drive this beast!,country roads are incredible!!And driving through villages you make the bakery windows shake, not PC but amazing. The grip is exhilirating while it lasts but feather the throttle or you will be in a field before you know it ,perfect seconnd car but if your late for a meeting it's unforgiving,so supreme sports car but dont push it other wise your arse will overtake you.4/5 for driving 5/5 for high blood pressure to start to day the day, a good thing in my book
