I'm a bit of a puter illiterate and have only just sussed out the personal message thingy on Sport section. I did join it some time ago but never used it as it seemed far too complicated. Well I have been very clever and finally got to grips with it but I haven't got many friends, actually only 3 soooooooo be my guests if you want to be a friend to a lonely old throw (me) then I await with baited breath. I may not answer you till tomorrow as I'm knackered now (its my age you see) so untill tomorrow xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Go to sports AB and sign in, click on PROFILE (up the top next to log out) and scroll down to the bottom and tick the box that says "yes I would like to send and receive private messages". press submit.

eh voila !

Next trick will be uploading a pic lol

I've been wondering the same mamma. As far as I can work out, the only way to do it is look at existing friends' friends, and see if they're there (excuse the grammar- clumsy, I know!) x

Yes Bathsheba , I've tried that , but they seem to have the sme ones as me , I don't know who pussnboots friends are or if some others have friends lists yet. Quite often when I sign into sports there's no one there ......lol

bathsheba & B M--i stumbled upon a way to do this earlier--click on new messages(top right-below your user name) then click on the 'add a friend' thingy (top left on the new page ) then type the new friends user name in the box and click on send----i think

i normally copy n paste the name in on the ADD FRIEND bit as there are some awkward spellings etc, it always works

Mamma, you can look in any of your own friends lists whether theyre online or not.
Go into friends list, they are all listed there, just click on each avatar to get their own lists which you should see as avatars.
