What is recommended is a visit to a real-life doc to ask him/her the question in person. No qualified person will answer the question here, where they can't see your condition.

Have visited numerous real-life docs over the past 5 years but there isn't anything that has helped or worked in improving the situation. Different treatments have had limited impact and ususally only help with softening flare ups or acute attacks.
