Estimate recieved 3193. Breaks down as follows:-
(using existing eight radiators in the house).
Worcester condensing boiler, flue kit, wall jig 1189.88.
Full conditioning powerflush 250.
T.R.V.'s and control update 256.32.
Pipework & fittings 87.55.
Meter wall plate 22.
Notification to Worcester & Corgi validations 12
3 Days labour 900
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Parts sub total 1817.75
Labour sub total 900.
VAT 475.61
Total 3193.36
So my question is, is this estimate reasonable or too high? I am out of work at present and only have fixed savings and small pension so money is tight.

I typicaly charge 200 a day, and it only costs 5 to register the boiler with CORGI and it is free to register it with Worcestor. The materials price list is compeatively priced so they are not ripping you off with those. Try getting another couple of quotes as this ones labour charges seem high.
