What is the painting of the woman in a white lacy dress, floating in a river? I think Kylie based one of her older videos on this painting.

I think this may be the one you mean called ' Ophelia' by John Everett Millais.

the video is from kylies indie period. she duetted with nick cave on this one and very fine it is too.
